Or this?(paint them a soft white or light light beige and go with this color scheme)

i love that last bedroom, and there's something so light and airy in those color schemes~ i think you'd be happy with either, but my vote is to go light with the bright bedding. (it seems like you could more easily change your style down the road that way too!)
I usually gravitate towards warm colors! I like the first one. I LOVE SW Restrained Gold & SW Blondie. Best paint colors ever made! ;)
Oh yes - don't forget that whenever kids come along - somehow dirty fingers always find their way to your walls!
